With the summer right ahead and everyone flying to ice-creams and juice shops, why not try one healthy drink at home??
Dates badam smoothie recipe
Ingredients(For 2 persons)
Cold milk - 2 cups (250 ml)
Badam - 12 no.s (soaked for 5 hours)
Kajurkai (dates) - 3 no.s (soaked for 5 hours)
Sugar or honey, optional
Directions
In a blender add the milk, soaked badam, dates and the soaked water along with the honey or sugar as preferred and mix them until you get a fine smooth drink. Before serving add some sliced badam and serve cold.
If you don't have cold milk, do the smoothie and refrigerate it.
Tada!! Your healthy drink ready to be gobbled...:P
